If Looks Could Kill!
Ekta Kapoor, the tough taskmaster is all set with her new release Ragini MMS. While the movie promos are generating a lot of curiosity, we see Ms Kapoor looking uber chic at the promotions. The lady in question, who once had a poor dress sense, looks cute in her designer wear. Apparently, she prefers to go the designer route by wearing Malani Ramani dresses, a modish haircut, subdued make up and stilettos is doing the trick. It might be a rare coincidence that her find Prachi Desai who is quite a celeb in her own right, also underwent a huge makeover. We have seen her on various fashion magazine covers and endorsing beauty brands, capitalizing on the new found fashion status. Taking a cue from well-styled Sonam, Deepika and Anushka perhaps, Prachi is also looking her feminine best in the designer garb, while her mentor has seriously taken into consideration that looks do matter! Here’s hoping the change in look brings about a ray of good luck for both in their respective filmy endeavors.
Damsel In Distress!
Recently, out-of-work actress, Amisha Patel was spotted with director-producer Subhash Ghai in a plush hotel, discussing serious business matters. Apparently while walking down the lobby of the hotel, Subhash Ghai was seen talking to his assistants and pretty Amisha was seen messaging and playing games on her BB phone. The actress was wearing a teeny-weeny off-shoulder dress which had very little left to people’s imagination. The passers by couldn’t help but stand and stare at her gleefully. It is a well known fact that Amisha who is now a full fledged producer, is on the look out for good directors on board and collaborations. But alas, it has been an uphill task for the damsel, getting to convince people to be a part of her unit. Well, it isn’t always a cakewalk Amisha. Be it acting or turning producer or simply being a good girlfriend, here only good luck by your pretty side would help!
Cannes-calling!
Minissha Lamba is all set to be a part of the Cannes Film Festival. The pretty young thing cannot stop gushing or contain her happiness. So excited is the girl to go to Cannes, that she has been tweeting and Facebooking to ask her fans and friends about the kind of clothes she should be wearing to her Cannes red carpet night. Minissha has been on the lookout for new talented designers to drape her into various Indian and western outfits. The actress has been updating all her moves on the social networking sites, from the time she was chosen for to walk the Cannes night, to deciding her apparels, to her preparations, to her landing at the Nice airport. Phew! So much, for a few words of appreciation? Guess, the first-time-experience excitement truly shows. However, let the work and the pictures do the talking, may we add Miss Beautiful!
