Lahore- Ruling out the rumour about joining Imran Khan’s political party PTI, the former President Supreme Court Bar Association Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan has asserted that it could be the major force in the country.
He said, “PTI is third political power, which could become second or first force of the country.” Ahsan was talking to journalists after a seminar here on Saturday. He said that he has a soft corner for Tehrik-e-Insaf in his heart but he is not going to leave the PPP at the moment.
Talking about Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, he said Ahsan is the intelligent politician and he proved with his character that neither he would sell himself in the market of horse trading nor he would bow down in front of anybody. He left PML (N) when it was in government.
He said that without validation and authentication of Supreme Court martial law could not be imposed in the country.
