London Exposed on the Eve of New Year 2012

London- The cultured city London was exposed on the eve of New Year 2012.  The London Ambulance Service was inundated with 600 calls an hour last night as revellers up and down Britain drank in 2012.

Paramedics were stretched to the limit and in Cambridge a Territorial Army field hospital was set-up to deal with drunk partygoers.

Experts say that the sad thing is that people who are genuinely ill through no fault of their own, will have to wait while the NHS deals with such drunk people. By all means have a drink and a good time, but not to the point of needing hospital treatment.

The Daily Mail reports, that ambulance crews in London had answered 2,333 calls by 4am this morning while the Metropolitan Police said they had made 77 arrests.

Staffs were answering 10 calls every minute just after midnight and 55 people in the capital were taken to hospital.
