Irshad Salim, Karachi: Back in the summer of 2020, I drew an illustration on a bipolar new world order amid disorder, and shared with few observers, analysts for their views. All agreed on disorder. One suggested that tripolar order may also happen. Another said that political allies of sorts globally and in the region “are also positioning themselves…(as) it is also a game of influence…therefore (new world order), it is not just a matter of resources and consumers.”
